1.Roast the coriander, cumin, ajwain seeds separately and powder them with chilies, black salt and citric acid. 2.Mix in the remaining ingredients, cool & Grind. 3. Store this Masala in a dry airtight container. |

1.Roast dry the coriander seeds, Bengal gram dal and black gram dal. 2.Fry the red chilies in 3 tsp. of oil. Mix all the ingredients together and powder them. 3. Store the powder in an airtight container and use when required. |
